Your customer's own page
Your customers can sign in with their email address and see the bookings they have with you.
The customer who booked in March and moved the time in April has two emails to find. Your customer's own page puts it in one place: they type their email address, get a six-digit code, and see what they have booked with you.
For you, that means fewer "when was my time again?" messages.
It is included on every plan. There is nothing to switch on.
Invoices, quotes, purchases and memberships are on the way, not part of the version that is out now, so the page shows bookings today.
What the customer does
- They click See everything you have with us on their booking confirmation.
- They enter the email address they used when they booked.
- They get a code by email and type it in. No password, no account to create.
- They see their bookings with you, and with nobody else.
Every row links onward to the same page the customer already had in their email. That is where they move or cancel a time. The overview itself changes nothing, it only shows.
What the customer cannot see
- Anything belonging to another customer. The page only shows what belongs to the address they just proved is theirs.
- Anything from another website. If you have two businesses with us, the customer signs in to one at a time, even with the same address.
- Your own notes. What you write internally on a booking or a contact stays with you.
How customers find it
There is no link to the page on your website, and that is deliberate. The people with something to see are exactly the people who already got an email from you with a link, so the link sits on those pages, and nobody else is invited.
The address is snabbsajt.se/mitt-medlemskap/ followed by your website's name.
You can send it to a customer who has lost their emails.
What you see
There is nothing new to keep track of. Everything the customer sees already lives with you, in the Inbox and under Contacts.
The one new thing is that you can see when a customer last used their page, on the contact. That is where you find out whether your customers actually use it.
Common questions
The customer gets no code. The code goes to the address they typed. If it is misspelled, or it is a different address from the one they booked with, no email arrives. The page says the same thing either way, so that it never reveals which addresses are your customers. Ask them to try the address printed on their booking confirmation.
The code does not work. It lasts ten minutes and works once. Ask them to request a new one.
Can the customer change their time there? They click through to the booking and change it there, exactly as they would from the email.
Does the customer have to use it? No. The links in your emails work exactly as before, with no sign-in at all.
