What news articles are

News articles — sometimes called blog posts — are articles that live on your own website, in its news section (your web address followed by /news). They're a friendly way to share offers, updates, and helpful tips with your visitors.

You write an article the same way you edit a page: by clicking and typing. If you can edit a page, you can write an article.

Create an article

1. Open the News panel from your list of pages.
2. Choose New article.
3. Write your text straight on the page.
4. In the article's settings, add a picture, write a short summary, and set the date.
5. When you're happy, publish it. You can unpublish it later to take it off your site.

Let AI help you write

If you'd rather not start from a blank page, use Tell AI what happened. Describe what's new in a sentence or two, and AI writes a first draft for you — a headline, the article text, and a short summary.

• The draft is yours to read, change, and improve before anything goes live.
