What does SnabbSajt cost?

You can start free and pay when you need a real business website. Prices are per month, in kronor. No VAT is added – the seller is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. Paying yearly works out about two months cheaper.

• Free - 0 kr. One website on a yourcompany.snabbsajt.com address.
• Starter - 149 kr/mo billed yearly (179 kr month-to-month). One website on your own web address.
• Pro - 249 kr/mo billed yearly (299 kr month-to-month). Up to 3 websites.
• Max - 499 kr/mo billed yearly (599 kr month-to-month). Up to 10 websites.

The count covers your whole account, however many companies you add. One subscription is enough: on Pro with three companies you can have three websites, one in each.

What is the difference between a company and a website?

A company is one of the businesses you run. Inside it sit one or more websites. Adding a company costs nothing - the plan, the payment and the AI credits live on your account and cover all of them.

Most people have one company with one website and never need the distinction. Switching at the bottom of the menu switches company; the websites in that company are then listed under Your website or Your websites.

If you run several businesses, add a company for each so they stop sharing one list. Websites you already had land in the first company when you create your second - move them across one at a time with ⋯ on the website's card. Their address, plan and messages come along.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A new account tries Starter free for 14 days, with no card and no automatic charge, and 150 AI credits to spend while it runs. Your own web address is the one thing not included - that's the step you upgrade for, so that a trial ending can never take a live address down.

When the trial ends your website stays, on the Free plan, and you choose Starter whenever you want the paid features back.

What do the AI features cost?

AI credits are roughly how many times you can use AI. Text costs least, images most. AI runs on simple credits:

• Rewrite a text, suggest FAQs or generate SEO - 1 credit.
• Create or edit a picture in Image Studio - 5 credits (10 for the higher quality, on Pro and above).
• An AI photo placement pass - 5 credits.
• Translate your website into one more language - 5 credits (a bigger website costs a multiple of that).
• Build (or rebuild) a whole website with AI - 10 credits.

How many you get:

• Free - 50 a month. Your free trial starts you off with 150 to use while it lasts.
• Starter - 150 a month.
• Pro - 600 a month.
• Max - 2,500 a month.

Each month your balance is topped back up to that number - it doesn't stack month on month. Credits you buy never expire, and a balance above your monthly allowance is never lowered. Running out never blocks the basics: editing by hand is always free.

Credits are shared across the whole account, so if there are several of you, you can see who used them: Billing → AI credit history lists each member and how many credits they spent this period. Only AI help is counted there - writing, moving and publishing things yourself is free and never shows up in the list.

You never have to guess what a button will cost. Where an action spends a fixed number of credits - an image, a translation, a rewrite - the price is written next to it before you press, together with what you have left. The chat assistant is the exception: what a request costs depends on how much work it turns out to be, so instead of a price tag it tells you in the chat if you do not have enough left, before it starts.

If credits run out while SnabbSajt is rebuilding your website or translating it, the work still happens - it is just done without the AI polish pass, and we tell you that is what happened instead of quietly handing back a weaker result.

If you need more, you choose how many under Subscription → Buy AI credits: 250 credits cost 99 kr, and you can buy 250, 1,000, 2,500, or your own amount. The price is always 99 kr per 250 credits - there is no volume discount to work out.

If you'd rather not think about it, turn on Top up automatically. We then buy more for you when the balance drops below a limit you choose. You set the limit, how much we buy each time, and how many times a month it may happen - so you always know the most it can cost. You can switch it off whenever you like, and if the card doesn't go through nothing is charged; we email you instead.

How do I change plan?

Under Settings → Subscription, with Change plan. It all happens inside SnabbSajt - you are not sent off to another site.

• Upgrading within the same billing interval takes effect straight away. The difference for the rest of the period is added to your next invoice, so you never pay twice - and nothing is charged today.
• Switching to yearly billing is a different thing: the billing period restarts. We deduct the value of the time you have left and charge for the full year straight away, and your renewal date moves to today. The amount is shown in the box before you confirm.
• Moving down - including yearly to monthly - keeps your current plan until the period ends - you lose no time you have paid for. The change happens at the end, and we show the date until then.
• Changed your mind? Press Keep in the box showing the scheduled change and everything stays as it was.

Your website and everything on it stays either way. A plan change never removes anything - it only changes what is included.

If you have more websites than the new plan includes, they all stay online and keep receiving visitors exactly as before. The extras are simply locked for editing until you upgrade again or delete one - much like files in Figma when you run out of seats. Nothing is switched off and nothing is deleted. The websites you created first are the ones that stay editable.

Version history is the one thing with a per-plan limit. If you move down it keeps your current limit for 30 days - plenty of time to save anything you want to keep, or to change your mind - and after that it keeps the number of versions your new plan includes. The website itself is untouched.

Cards, address and VAT number are edited in the same place, under Payment methods and Billing information.

One exception: if you have already cancelled, you cannot move up a plan straight away. Resume the subscription first and it works.

What does SnabbSajt promise on price?

• No intro price that jumps at renewal. The price you see is the price that renews. If we ever change a price you get at least 30 days' notice, and your current period is unaffected. One exception: the web address is free for the first year with annual billing and then renews yearly at the registration price - the exact date and amount are on screen before you buy.
• Cancel anytime, yourself. Your website stays live until the period you paid for ends.
• Export your website - no lock-in.
• 0% fees on your leads and bookings.

What stops working if I cancel?

Your website stays, it can still be published on the free plan, the address stays yours, and you can always export your content. But the features a paid plan includes stop when the period ends - straight away on the published website, with no republish needed:

• No new bookings can be made. Appointments already booked still stand - reminders, rescheduling and cancellation keep working.
• Products stay visible but cannot be bought. The buy button stops working.
• Customers cannot pay by card - neither invoices nor deposits.
• The AI assistant stops answering visitors.
• Your own head code stops loading, so analytics and ad scripts stop measuring.
• The SnabbSajt badge shows again.

Nothing you set up is deleted. Start the plan again and everything works again right away. You see exactly this list - with only the parts you actually use - in the box when you cancel.

Is my live website affected while I edit?

No. Your edits stay in a private draft. The live website that visitors see only changes when you press Publish - so you can try things freely.

What can SnabbSajt not do?

SnabbSajt is deliberately focused, so it stays simple:

• It's not a free design tool like Figma or Webflow - no custom code, no blank drag-and-drop canvas. You get safe, good-looking building blocks instead.
• It's not accounting software, and it does not replace a bookkeeping program. Sending offers and invoices from SnabbSajt is on the way, not part of the version that is out now.
• It's not a template store or a plugin marketplace.
• It's not a full sales CRM. Your contacts stay a simple list with a timeline.

Which languages does it work in?

SnabbSajt is bilingual - Swedish and English - for both the editor and your public website.

How do I get help?

Every plan includes this help center, and every plan gets a reply from a real person by the next business day. There is no faster or slower queue depending on what you pay.
