Let someone help you

You don't have to do this alone. Open Settings → Members and invite whoever helps you: an employee, your daughter, the freelancer who writes your texts, or your accountant who only needs to look.

Two roles

• Edit - can change the whole website and publish it.
• View only - can see the website but change nothing. Free on every plan, and the right choice for anyone who just needs a look.

Only the owner can invite people, change their role, or remove access.

One website or all of them

When you invite someone you choose the scope:

• This website - they see nothing else.
• All your websites - for someone who works with you across everything.

How the invite works

Type their email and send. They get a link and sign in with that same email address to get the access you gave them. If the email can't be sent for some reason, you can copy the link and send it yourself.

Invites you've sent but nobody has accepted yet sit under Pending invites, where you can cancel them.

Limits worth knowing

• Editors: no limit, on any plan.
• View only: up to 10 people per website or account. That's an abuse guard, not a sales limit - say so if you genuinely need more.

Removing access

Remove access takes effect immediately. Everything the person made stays - their edits belong to the website, not to them.
