Visits, customer contacts and the pages that actually bring in business - in plain numbers, without cookies.
Open Statistics to see whether your website is doing its job. It counts two things that matter and skips the rest: how many people came, and how many of them got in touch.
You can look at the last 7, 30 or 90 days, and every number is compared with the period before it, so you see the direction and not just the size.
What the numbers mean
- Customer contacts - messages, bookings, phone taps and email taps. This is the number that pays your bills.
- Visits - how many people came at all.
- Actions - completed bookings, phone clicks, email clicks and button clicks, listed separately.
- How customers find you - search, social media, a direct link, and how many contacts each source produced.
- Pages that work - visits per page, so you can see which page earns its place.
The advice underneath
SnabbSajt reads your own numbers and says what to do next in plain words - for example that a page gets visits but rarely leads anywhere, or that one page creates most of your enquiries and deserves to be easier to find. Each piece of advice has a button that opens exactly that page in the editor.
No cookies, no banner
The built-in statistics don't use cookies, so they don't trigger a cookie banner and they keep working when a visitor declines tracking. That also means the numbers are an estimate: some visits can't be counted because of the visitor's own privacy settings. Treat the direction as true and the decimals as approximate.
If you want Google Analytics or an advertising pixel on top of this, add it under Settings → Integrations - and then a cookie banner does appear, automatically.
If it's empty
- "Publish to start measuring" - the website isn't live yet. Nothing can be counted until it is. Publish it.
- "Collecting data" - it's live but young. Come back in a few days.
- No visits in this period - try a longer period.
