What does an engagement look like start to finish?
We start by going through what you want to achieve and what material exists, do the analysis, and hand over a report with proposals and a prioritised list. If the proposals are to be carried out as well, that is a separate engagement.
What decides the price of an engagement?
The price is driven by the scope: how much material has to be worked through, how many people are interviewed and whether the delivery is a report or a longer engagement on site. We price your case and break it into steps.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Interviews and workshops work best on site, while analysis and report writing happen remotely. The split is settled once we know where your decisions and your data sit.
What do you need from us to get started?
We need to know who makes the decision, which question is to be answered and which figures or documents already exist. Get in touch with those three things and we will say what is reasonable to do first.
