How does a visit work?
The visit starts with a few questions about the breed, the coat and how the dog is with strangers. Then the work goes at the dog's pace, with breaks if it needs them.
What decides the price?
The price is driven by the dog's size, the coat type and how much is to be done – a bath, a full groom or just the nails. A matted coat takes longer than a freshly brushed one.
My dog is nervous in new places
That is common, and a nervous dog is allowed to go slower: shorter sessions, more breaks and sometimes a first visit that is only about looking around. Get in touch and say what usually gets difficult, and the visit is planned around it.
What does the dog need to bring?
A lead and harness is enough for an ordinary visit. If the dog is staying longer, its own food and something familiar helps, and do mention any medication.
