About us
Coming on your own is fine. We often rotate partners, and most people who start here knew nobody on their first evening.
Good to know
A short guide to how things work with us.
Can I come without a partner?
Yes. In partner dancing everyone rotates during the lesson, so you dance with several people over the evening. Most people who start know nobody in the group at first.
What decides the price of a course?
The price follows how many sessions the course runs and how long each lesson is. A private lesson is priced on its own, since the whole time goes to you.
Which level should I choose?
If you have not danced this particular dance before you start in the beginner group, whatever else you have danced. If you are unsure, get in touch and describe what you have done before.
What should I wear?
Ordinary comfortable clothes you can move in, and shoes with a sole that slides a little on the floor. Dance shoes are not needed to start, and most people begin in what they already own.
The most important session is the one you actually turn up for.
