With the AI chat your website gets an Ask us button that answers visitors' questions - opening hours, prices, what you offer - even while you sleep. Answers are built from what your published website says, and if the customer would rather talk to a person, the question lands with you.
Answers from your own website
The chat doesn't make things up. It answers from the content of your published website - your services, opening hours and contact details. If you like, you can give it extra knowledge, such as a price list or FAQs, by pasting text or uploading a PDF.
Hands over to you when needed
If the visitor would rather talk to a person, there's a Contact a person button. The customer leaves their details and question, and the message is sent to you - so you can get back to them when it suits you.
Honest with the visitor
The chat always says clearly that it's an AI and that answers may be wrong. Conversations are kept for at most 30 days, and a link to your privacy policy is shown in the chat.
You control how it greets
You choose the greeting yourself, or use a ready-made one that fits your industry. You also choose which corner of the page the chat sits in, and can switch it off at any time. The AI chat is included from the Starter plan.
